We are dedicated to delivering engaging and educational presentations and keynotes, if what you're looking for isn't on this page, get in touch and we will be able to customise something specifically for you.
Children's behaviour and neuroscience
These sessions reframe behaviour as a signal of an unmet need rather than something to be managed, drawing on contemporary research and evidence. Presenters unpack what current brain science does and doesn't tell us, and translate it into practical responses educators can use every day. Expect a warm, evidence-informed shift away from behaviourism and toward understanding the child behind the behaviour.
Educator Wellbeing/Leadership
Educator wellbeing can be delivered as a whole-team experience designed to enthuse and reconnect your team and build a genuine culture of wellbeing across the service. Our leadership sessions are tailored for leaders specifically, drawing on organisational psychology and leadership research to support those who carry the weight of guiding a team. Whether the focus is the whole team or the people leading it, these sessions treat educator wellbeing as foundational, not optional.
Educational Program, Practices, Pedagogy
These sessions focus on the how of early education: designing programs, environments, and routines that protect deep engagement and support children to thrive. Choose from topics such as Play, Risk, School Readiness, and much more, grounded in positive psychology, flow, and play-based, needs-informed practice. Each of our presentations are delivered by specialists in their field. Choose the facilitator above then click through their bio to see a full list of their presentations. Give us a call and we'll help nut out the rest to make your conference a success.
The Phoenix Cups
Built on the Phoenix Cups® framework, these sessions introduce a shared language of human needs, Safety, Connection, Freedom, Mastery, and Fun, that educators, families, and teams can use together. Presenters show how the framework helps make sense of behaviour, wellbeing, and relationships across the whole learning community. It's practical, relatable, and transforms the way teams talk about needs.
