About
Join us for a nationally accredited two-day Mental Health First Aid course and build the confidence, knowledge, and skills to support the mental health and wellbeing of those around you.
Across two full days, from 8:30am to 4:30pm, you will take part in an immersive learning experience that equips you with practical tools to recognise, respond to, and support people experiencing mental health challenges. You will be well looked after with morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea provided each day, creating space for connection and reflection alongside the learning. At the conclusion of the program, you will complete a short fifteen-question assessment, and successful participants will receive accreditation as a Mental Health First Aider, a nationally recognised qualification valid for three years.
This workshop is suitable for individuals, workplace teams, educators, managers, and community members who are committed to fostering mentally healthy spaces where people can feel safe, supported, and able to thrive.
