Introduce your whole team to the Phoenix Cups® framework. A practical approach that builds shared language around behaviour, needs, and wellbeing, empowering educators to support children and themselves to thrive.
About
Thriving Together: Phoenix Cups® Foundations introduces your team to a practical, strengths-based framework for understanding behaviour, wellbeing, and human needs.
Grounded in the psychology of basic life needs, this interactive workshop supports educators to explore why children - and adults - respond the way they do when needs are or aren’t being met. The Phoenix Cups® framework provides a shared language that strengthens team alignment, deepens reflection, and builds more responsive learning environments.
Through guided reflection, discussion, and practical planning, educators begin to see behaviour through a needs-based lens. Reducing blame, increasing understanding, and strengthening professional capacity.
This session is ideal for whole teams wanting a common foundation for wellbeing, behaviour guidance, and relational practice.
