Where it goes. It goes to Phoenix Support for Educators through our website. Team members who manage those enquiries can read each response, and we may share the answers, which carry no name, with Jo Maloney of Conscious Positivity, our collaborator on this project. We use them to test this trial tool and to prepare combined results for the group that gave you the ID.
What our website records. Our website system records when you send, and it may log technical details such as the IP address of your device. We do not use these to work out who sent which answers.
Why we cannot remove one person’s answers. Because your answers carry no name, we have no reliable way to find yours again once they are sent, so we cannot remove them one at a time. Sending is optional. If you would rather not send, choose Save a copy to keep your own answers.
Who sees results. The tool is set to show combined results only when at least 10 people with the same company ID have answered (5 during this trial), and we give your service or organisation combined results only.
A saved copy carries your company ID and answers, so whoever you give it to will know it is yours. If you are on a service computer, please delete the file that Save a copy leaves in your downloads. Our privacy policy has more.
