‘Just Breathe’ is a picture book written for children aged around 3-8 years old.
It tells a story that takes children (and parents) through a simple and engaging mindfulness exercise. This introduces a wonderful way of dealing with difficult emotions and preventing anxiety.
There has been increased attention on the importance of mindfulness education in New Zealand. Research shows that some of the major improvements from mindfulness include reducing symptoms of anxiety, stress and depression.
