With over 15 years of experience bringing sunshine to classrooms and leading teams across Australia, Ange is a passionate force in Australia’s Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) sector. From Early Childhood leadership to primary and adult education classrooms, her experience spans the full learning continuum. Angie carries a toolkit full of leadership, mentoring, and training expertise. She can challenge thinking and assist in solution-seeking with a balance of fun and care.
Ange is well known for her inspiring energy and deep knowledge of the National Quality Framework, A&R processes. Ange's work is consistently is guided by a personal philosophy rooted in critical theory, the power of language, and a fierce commitment to social justice.
Based on beautiful Worimi Country, whether she’s online mentoring educators or face to face helping teams work in more dynamic and intentional ways, Ange sees herself as a change agent, on a mission to build a more equitable education system where every learner has the chance to thrive.
