 t Aider\, valid for three years. Upon completing the Standard Mental Healt
 h First Aid (MHFA) course\, participants will: ✅Understand common mental
  health conditions such as depression\, anxiety\, psychosis\, and substanc
 e use problems. ✅ Learn how to recognise early signs of mental health ch
 allenges and differentiate between crisis and non-crisis situations. ✅ B
 uild skills in providing initial help and reassurance\, using evidence-bas
 ed strategies until professional support is available. ✅ Gain practical\
 , de-stigmatising language to talk about mental health in a way that foste
 rs psychologica​l safety and trust. ✅ Receive a nationally recognised
