 You'll be well taken care of\, with Morning Tea\, Lunch\, and Afternoon Te
 a provided. This will be hosted at the Mooroondu Football Club. Certificat
 ion & Next Steps At the conclusion of the course\, you'll complete a brief
  15-question assessment. Successful completion grants you official accredi
 tation as a Mental Health First Aider\, valid for three years. Upon comple
 ting the Standard Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) course\, participants wil
 l: ✅ Understand common mental health conditions such as depression\, anx
 iety\, psychosis\, and substance use problems. ✅ Learn how to recognise 
 early signs of mental health challenges and differentiate between crisis a
 nd non-crisis situations. ✅ Build skills in providing initial help and r
 eassurance\, using evidence-based strategies until professional support is
  available. ✅ Gain practical\, de-stigmatising language to talk about me
 ntal health in a way that fosters psychological safety and trust. ✅ Rece
 ive a nationally recognised accreditation as a Mental Health First Aider (
